What is your MOQ?
MOQ varies by product. Ready-stock and existing-mold items support low MOQs, and mixed SKUs and colors are available. Stock items may also qualify for lower MOQs. For private-mold or highly customized products, MOQ will be confirmed based on the design, materials and production requirements.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. STRAND provides wholesale sourcing services for B2B buyers worldwide. Pricing is based on order quantity, materials, plating, stones, packaging and customization requirements. For orders of 50 pieces or more, you can contact our team for a tailored quotation.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples are available for existing products, and we also support sampling based on your drawings or physical samples. Sample lead time is typically 3–15 days, depending on the product and customization complexity. Sample and mold fees may be refundable after an agreed bulk-order quantity is reached.
Do you support OEM/ODM?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM based on your drawings, samples or product requirements, including materials, sizing, colors, plating, stones, logos, packaging and private-mold development.
Can I customize my logo and packaging?
Yes. We offer logo customization including laser engraving, embossing, epoxy logo application and etching based on your artwork. Custom packaging options include hang tags, display cards, branded bags, gift boxes, luggage tags and more.
What materials are available?
We offer zinc alloy, brass, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, 925 sterling silver and other alloy materials. Materials can be selected based on your design, quality requirements and target price.
Is your jewelry nickel-free / lead-free?
Nickel-free, eco-friendly plating is available upon request, and relevant testing requirements can be confirmed based on the product. Lead-free requirements are subject to confirmation depending on the material and product specification.
Can you provide certificates or test reports?
Testing can be arranged depending on the product and destination-market requirements. Material, plating and salt-spray testing may be available, with testing duration and reports confirmed according to the specific order.
